Gerald J. Greenan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo at Buffalo Law School where he was a member of the Law Review Editorial Staff. He received his B.A. from St. Bonaventure University. He established Greenan Law Offices, a general practice law firm, in 1968. Since 1965 he has maintained an independent agency for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate issues, mortgage law, surveying standards, title insurance, and elder law including the use of the “life estate” for planning for future medicaid needs. He is a member of the Real Property and Elder Law Committees of the Erie County Bar Association. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He served as Chairman of the Real Property Law Committee of the Erie County Bar Association. He is currently a member of the Town of West Seneca Planning Board. Gerald J. Greenan lives in West Seneca, New York. He is the father of 7 children. He is the Grandfather of 28 children. He enjoys reading, playing chess, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Margaret Greenan Bebak is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. She is a cum laude graduate of Canisius College where she received a B.A. in Economics. She practices in the areas of real property, title insurance, estates, business formation, will preparation and elder law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Real Property and Elder Law Committees of the Erie County Bar Association.
